JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Manage the company's customer database.
- Handle incoming calls from customers/partners.
- Participate in team meetings and update daily tasks.
- Interact with customers and address their inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.
- Compile weekly and monthly reports.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Customer Service Department Head.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong project and time management skills.
- Analytical thinking and ability to work independently.
