JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Prepare service contracts for health check-ups with corporate clients, ensuring all terms and requirements are clearly and accurately specified.
- Prepare and manage documentation related to health check-up programs, including employee lists, medical results, and other necessary documents.
- Enter employee health check-up results into the company’s management system and ensure the accuracy of the information.
- Provide and send health check-up results to corporate clients as required.
- Monitor the progress of health check-up programs and ensure that all activities proceed according to plan.
- Prepare regular reports on the results and effectiveness of health check-up programs for management.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the department head.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Organizational and time management skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and organize work efficiently.
- Proficiency in office software: Skilled in using tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management systems.
- Attention to detail: Ability to work accurately and pay attention to important details.
